  • Ongoing support and maintenance (where agreed)

3. Your responsibilities

To ensure your project runs smoothly, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Supply content, images, and assets with the appropriate usage rights
  • Deliver content in a timely manner
  • Review and approve work promptly
  • Make payments in line with the agreed schedule
  • Keep login details and access credentials secure

You confirm that you have the authority to enter into this agreement.

4. Intellectual property

All design work created during your project remains the property of The Celebrant Foundry until full payment has been received.

Once your project is paid in full, ownership of the final approved designs is transferred to you for use within your business.

This does not include:

  • Pre-existing design assets
  • Licensed third-party tools (such as plugins, fonts, or software)

You confirm that any content you provide is owned by you or used with proper permission. You agree to indemnify The Celebrant Foundry against any claims relating to misuse of intellectual property.

5. Hosting and support

If you choose a hosting or aftercare package:

  • Hosting may be subject to a minimum term, depending on your package
  • Services may include backups, updates, and technical support
  • Premium tools or plugins provided through my systems may not transfer if you move hosting elsewhere
  • I am not responsible for performance, security, or issues once your website is moved away from my setup

Full details will be outlined clearly before purchase.

6. Changes and revisions

Your project includes a defined number of revisions, as outlined in your package or proposal.

  • Additional revisions will be charged at an agreed rate
  • Significant changes outside the original scope will require a separate quote
  • Requests must be made in writing and may affect timelines

I’ll always aim to be flexible, but clear boundaries keep things running smoothly.

7. SEO and website performance

All websites are built following recognised SEO best practices. This includes:

  • Clean site structure and code
  • Mobile responsiveness
  • Basic SEO plugin setup
  • Proper use of headings and metadata

This creates a strong foundation for search visibility.

However, ongoing SEO performance, content strategy, and rankings are not guaranteed and remain your responsibility unless agreed as an additional service.

8. Payments

By working together, you agree that:

  • Payment must be made in full or via an agreed plan
  • Work will not begin until the first payment is received
  • Payment plans remain payable in full, regardless of project completion
  • Late or missed payments may result in paused work or restricted access
  • All payments are non-refundable

You are responsible for any fees related to international payments or currency conversion.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

All services are provided with care and in line with industry standards. However:

  • I cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or completely error-free results
  • You use this website and services at your own risk

The Celebrant Foundry will not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits
  • Loss of data
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Liability is limited to the total amount paid for your project.

10. Website use and engagement

If you interact with this website (comments, forms, etc.), you agree to:

  • Avoid posting harmful, offensive, or infringing content

11. Termination
